Hold For Pickup
We love these mealworms so we ship with USPS using secure, well ventilated packaging. However, even on some mild days, sitting in a mailbox or sunny spot can kill many of your mealworms during warmer months. Therefore, all orders are currently shipped as "Hold for Pickup" at your post office. Because we want your mealworms to be as happy as they were when they left, Hold for Pickup is automatic and can not be opted out of at this time. You will need to pick your order up promptly.
If you feel your mealworms did not survive the trip and hold for pickup period, send photos and details by email within 7 hours of pickup. Then we can arrange for one free replacement which can be shipped directly to you (without a live guarantee).
